Mô tả công việc

Machine spare part purchase.
Take care of raw material and collect supplier's information
Follow up purchase order control of material.
Follow up stock and production planning to calculate, balance quantity and arrange to order monthly.
Contacting negotiating with supplier.
Follow up to make payment for orders.
Follow up real raw material quantity arrive, delivering process.
Report price situation, report monthly, forecast purchase.
Promotion goods.
Storing purchase dep't docs, arrange docs following ISO standard.

Working conditions:

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).

- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Graduated from College or higher major in Electric/Mechanic / Automation or related majors;
Language: English or Chinese good communication.
Hard - Working, flexible persuade everybody.
Good thinking, dynamic, creative and sincere.
Fluency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint – and the ability to learn internal programs.
