- Lead and enhance end to end S&OP process and IBP to drive business decision for growth. Drive value discussion, scenario planning, risk/opportunities with stakeholders
- Generate 12 - 18 month rolling forecast which is based on building blocks with documented assumptions and incorporates market, category, customer trends that allows the company to consistently predict performance and provides operational stability to supply chain
- Flawlessly execute against New Product Development and Product changes
- Drive and co-ordinate the Sales & Operations planning process
- Performance management within the function (daily/weekly/monthly review operational KPIs)
- Demand planning (incl. statistical forecast and demand planning support to commercial team)
- Operational supply planning process capacity planning of local plant(s) incl. shift planning production
- Continuous improvement program incl. idea generation and securing implementation of local and central projects
- Portfolio and Master data management (SKU)
- Call-off – Raw & Packaging Materials and local 3rd party brands
- 7 years’ experience within a supply chain environment, preferably in demand/supply planning processes with 3 years at management level. Proven experience in managing change and budget control. Experience in a result driven FMCG environment.
- In depth knowledge of supply and demand planning methods
- Ability to possess clear vision of the future. Ability to identify and foresee results, risks and opportunities. Demonstrates mature business understanding, perspectives and industrial best practices. Has a proved record of accomplishment of competitive ideas and projects initiated and implemented
- Fluent English is a must
- Ideally – already familiar with Carlsberg processes
- Significant leadership experience/potential
- Convincing personality and with strong interpersonal, communication skills and strong negotiation skills
- Continues improvement mindset
- High technical knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g. Navision or SAP) and MS Office with special focus on Excel and PowerPoint

University degree in logistics/supply chain or equivalent education in business administration
