- Operate, maintain the DMS and Power BI systems to ensure they function according to the requirements set by direct management.
- Support sales administration & sales team in handling issues related to the DMS system, including errors, setting up Trade promotions, managing inventory, sales routes,….
- Collaborate with relevant departments to maximize the functionality of the DMS.
- Gather data, prepare monthly reports.
- Verify daily to ensure the sales team complies with DMS regulations.

- Have experience in managing DMS systems (especially FMCG).
- Work, Excel, Data analysis tool (basic knowledge Power BI).
- Ability to read comprehension and present in English.
