Job Description

Collaborate with the Ecom Manager on the development of digital plan. with detailed budget for different ecommerce platforms.
Assist the Ecom Manager to design Automation Marketing flow.
Generate ads campaigns across different platforms by implementing A/B testing and constantly optimizing to enhance conversion rate at the lowest cost (CPC- cost per click, CPE – cost per engagement, CPO – cost per order….).
Consolidate and build related guidelines to share with Content Editor in order to comply with relevant platforms’ policies.
Work directly with angencies to make sure effective execution of SEO campaigns.
Work with Content Editor and Graphic Designer to produce high engagement creative communication collateral .
Work directly with Technical team/ vendor for changes requests which are involved coding.
Analyze campaign performance and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
Build and maintain good & professional relationship with all internal & external stakeholders .
Ensure to achieve business goals within prescribed budget.
Other assignments from Line Manager.

Working conditions:

Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday).

Job Requirement

Graduated from University / College of relevant majors: Marketing, Multimedia, Digital marketing, Information Technology, ...
Excellent at developing digital plan and optimizing SEO & Paid ads campaigns.
Experience at cosolidating, analysing datas from tracking tools (Goole Analytic, Google Search Console, Heatmap…), paid ads and SEO reports.
Communicate in English pretty.
Understand in the field of Digital marketing.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (especially having run ads related to industry groups: F&B, FMCG.
Creative thinking, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, progressive and able to withstand high pressure at work.
Priority has worked in the Agency.
Ability to manage and assign work effectively.
Proficiency in office computer.
