Job Description:
Strategic planner skilled at both short and long term goal setting. Identifying and capturing project/market opportunities to accelerate quick expansion, increase revenues and improve profit contributions in both OEM/OBM models.
- delivers an optimized market mix relative to the core target market/consumers and identifies the road map that will lead to achievement of the department’s goals as well as the overall goals of the business.

Execution Excellence
- Commercial:
- Overseeing all operations and business activities of the international business department to ensure the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission and group alignment.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly/quarterly/ annual sales quotas for each key account, markets & regions.
- Projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing portfolios and new products among OEM/OEM/OBM models.
- Implements international sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand & cost levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers or internally and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- New Business Development:
- Identify market entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new regions. Identify the right distributors for the selecting brand/portfolios/each territory/region. Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities during the approaching stages.
- Generate leads and OEM inquiries, Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention. Brainstorming with the business development team to create project strategies. Take responsibility to monitor project’s profitable.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Recommend right pricing structures and portfolios to increase successful in the new market.
- Own plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s short-term/long-term goals.
- International MKT & Support Corporate Branding.
- Support implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth in international markets overall.
- Keep updating the industry trends, understand the company’s culture along with Corporate Vision, Mission, & Products in order to sustain the Corporate Brand Identity.
- Coordinating closely with R&D, Unit Heads..etc to develop new portfolios. Maintain brand positioning and messaging for international markets, ensuring consistency across territories & channels.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams/unit heads (TW/Cam/SEA) to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, POSM support executions within required schedules.
- Oversee adherence to budget, performance requirements and work plans to promote MKT/ corporate branding. Approve compelling and localized marketing contents, readabilities, including advertisements, social media campaigns, email marketing & magazine online..etc.
- Group Logistics & Administration:
- Providing support for logistics and administration procedures that are ordered and under export processing for all the markets (IB, TW, SEA, CAM) except local market.
- Shape the incoming supplies inquiries registered and processed in the logistics database as per company SOPs. Taking important measures for avoiding any kind of non-compliance. in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail.
- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements.
- Building logistics, shipping & freight forwarding commercial and agreements within right directions. Implement export cost down strategies to maximize profits, minimize costs and optimize export operations.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Communicate company’s expectations clearly to the team regarding goals, roles, and responsibilities. Promote a sense of teamwork and encourage collaboration among team members. Emphasize the value of collective efforts in achieving goals.
- Encourage open and honest communication within the team. Create an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas, concerns, and feedback. Define individual strengths, weaknesses, and personal aspirations.
- Create an environment that fosters creativity and innovation. Encourage team members to think outside the box, share ideas, and experiment with new approaches.

- Set clear KPIs for individual team member and general sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in international business development, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in entering and scaling new international markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
